...it is truly amazing what can happen when we start to be utterly honest with ourselves and use that neutral observant mind on ourselves. Then things really start aligning to Sat Naam.
Over the last year and a while, so much has changed in my life and inside of myself because of this process. I feel very different than I used to. More natural, more real, less inhibited, my step is lighter.
The process of letting go of my fears and desires, the process of detaching from my idea of form and identity and destiny that is worldly created or that I created myself. What amazing changes occur when we let go of who we think we should be, and just be who we are....
There are no conditions set on what makes us a beautiful and spiritual and worthy person. Simply, keep the mind and heart pure and simple and true. Is it that hard? All those conditions I set on it before clouded my inner-light from shining, became the colours of my projection. But there is nothing that needs to filter the heart or mind when it is True.
This new year, much more shall change, I am sure. And I am grateful for every part of it.
